We don't suggest you employ these arc raiders items
in combat against other players in Arc Raiders.
Kettle
Anvil
Stitcher
The guns have the capacity to rapid draw, and they can crush opponents in close quarters where players frequently see each other.
Best weapons for PvE
They are more designed to fight Arc robots, particularly those with heavier weights, like Bombadiers, Rocketeers and Bastions (among others).
Anvil
Ferro
Renegade
Torrente
These are weapons that are all about accuracy (especially in long-range) and high power damage to armor and the impact. Arc enemies are less fast and more precise than players, however they're also far more durable and require more firepower to break their steel shells open.A list of the best Arc Raiders weapons, meta-tiers and other items
In December 2025, the best Arc Raiders guns and weapons are being ranked. From the basic pistols to the S-tier superweapons. Arc Raiders guns are used in various ways - they are used to fight robots and others for PvP. It's not as easy as saying that one weapon is better than the other. There are a few weapons that stand out, and we've included them all here, along with the reasons why each one unique (or not). Our weapon tiers are continuously updated, and we check the tiers to make sure you've got the most current weapons at your disposal.
We have rated them according to a variety of criteria, which are built on the "payment in lieu of reward" concept. The more expensive and rare weapons, like the Aphelion and the Burletta, should provide an equally impressive return. Even after being nerfed the Venator still has a slight advantage over the Burletta in terms of pure numbers. However the Burletta is much easier to find or manufacture and provides outstanding performance. Ultimately, here are the main factors that we consider when ranking the weapons on our list of tiers:
Performance in PvP. The weapon's performance with other players. The speed of use along with the range as well as the short reload time are crucial.
Performance of the PvE. The weapon's overall performance against Arc robots. Precision targeting, armor piercing, knockback, and ammo conservation all play a role here.
Affordability. The cost for making the weapon and the rarity of Arc Raiders blueprints or the cost to buy it from a retailer.
Community response. We are testing weapons, but also review the feedback from our community and trends to gain a an understanding of the challenges players will face in PvE.
The most impressive build. We're evaluating the weapons in their best form - fully equipped, and how they can do using the right attachments. The meta doesn't deal with second-tier options at all.
It's fine bringing along the best weapons for a run, but keeping well-stocked is essential to survival and extracting. So be sure to are aware of how to contact Arc Raiders supply drops. Don't burn through your ammo.
S Tier weapons
Ferro: Common, Battle Rifle, Heavy Ammo
This rifle that bolts is a powerful weapon and it's extremely simple to build. It's also the most powerful long-range gun in the market that is capable of taking precise headshots or aiming weak points without issue.
Kettle: Common, Assault Rifle, Light Ammo
It is incredibly strong in PvE, and a mere $1000 to make The Kettle is an ideal mid-to-close range weapon if you master its recoil while focusing on the target. If you install a larger magazine inside then you'll be able to kill the majority of players without having to reload.
Anvil: Uncommon, Pistol, Heavy Ammo
The Anvil is a gun you'll always want to bring along for backup. It's a single action hand cannon that can do a lot of damage, particularly headshots, and is capable of breaking ARC enemies armor effortlessly. Its long range makes it a great weapon in the majority of scenarios.
A Tier weapons
Stitcher: Common, SMG, Light Ammo
The recoil of this SMG is brutal. However, players who are able to control it and who have a grip and stock that fits well can use controlled shots at close range to take out enemies.
Burletta: Uncommon, Pistol, Light Ammo
The Burletta is perfect, a middle-of-the-road weapon that can be used in a wide range of situations and has a universality. It's an excellent choice if you're not sure of what to carry, and it can be extremely effective in rapid-draw PvP shooting games but it's not going to break Arc armor.
Renegade: Rare, Battle Rifle, Medium Ammo
This lever action gun from Western Canada is an excellent, multi-purpose alternative to the Ferro that is built for medium range and PvP. It is recommended to be firing from an elevated position, but if manage to get headshots in, you'll cause a lot of damage.
Tempest: Epic, Assault Rifle, Medium Ammo
Another weapon that's generally universal is the all-purpose Tempest can be used to take down targets however, it is quite costly to craft. It is more suitable for PvP than the Bettina because it's easier to control, requires less ammunition, and also has a lower armor penetration.
Equalizer: Legendary, Special, Energy Clips
The minigun that was made of pieces of the Queen is powerful, but not quite powerful enough to justify the insane procedures required to obtain it. It shatters armor and could do wonders against Arc and Arc, particularly because it is able to travel a long distance however it's slow against other players, so you're likely to lose the gun you've spent so long working towards.
Aphelion: Legendary, Battle Rifle, Energy Clips
To build the Aphelion you'll need to kill an Matriarch, but it's not powerful enough to justify the ridiculous lengths to obtain it. It's still a powerful weapon but it's much better suited for battle. This is a battle-rifle that excels at long distances, and allows you to take down all kinds of targets.
